Anti-Spam Policy
Maximizing message delivery rates is the top priority for 1message. In pursuit of this objective, we take these measures:
1message operates a strict anti-SPAM policy.
All clients are expressly prohibited from sending SPAM from the 1message network and are required to abide by its Acceptable Use Policy.
Post, transmit, or promote any content or message that is illegal, threatening, abusive, harassing, tortious, defamatory, obscene, libelous, invasive of another's privacy, hateful, sexually oriented, or racially or ethnically objectionable.
Post, transmit, or promote any content that is or may be construed as false or misleading to others.
Post or transmit any content that infringes any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright or other proprietary rights of any party.
Violate any applicable local, state, national or international law, including, but not limited to anti-Spam, unsolicited facsimiles, and consumer privacy laws.
The system is constantly monitored for SPAM and the company reserves the right to terminate service to suspected Spammers without notice.
